Last updated: November 2026

Who we are

This website is run by Essex Design and Print Ltd, a printing company based in Essex, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in it at info@essexdesignandprint.com.

What information we collect

We only collect the personal information you choose to give us, usually when you send an enquiry through our quote form or email us directly. This can include:

  • your name
  • your email address and phone number
  • your company name and delivery address, if you place an order
  • details of your project, and any artwork or files you send us

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, produce and deliver your order, and keep in touch with you about it. We do this because you have asked us to, or because it is needed to carry out an order you have placed with us.

We will not send you marketing messages unless you have asked to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share it where we need to in order to complete your order, for example with a courier so your print can be delivered to you, or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any period we are required to keep business records by law. After that it is securely deleted.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies to track you or show you advertising. Our fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to load them. Google's own privacy policy covers that connection.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To make a request, email us at info@essexdesignandprint.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
